Since we are strictly a volunteer organization, I relied heavily on your staff throughout the year. I was fortunate to have some history with MCS prior to agreeing to be the conference chair, having worked with you at the Atlanta conference in April 2000. I would not have accepted the Chair position in Scottsdale if I had to work with another meeting/planning company.
